Day & Zimmermann VP Cravey named to NAECP board

Day & Zimmermann, a provider of industrial, defense and work force solutions for government and commercial customers, announced that Kristopher Cravey, vice president of D&Z ECM Business Services & Corporate Safety, has been elected to the board of directors of The National Association of Employee Concerns Professionals (NAECP).
 
Cravey is a leader in the nuclear industry delivering best practices in ECP, safety, training, continuous improvement and organizational development for more than a decade. He serves on the INPO Supplier Participant advisory committee and the board of directors for the Construction Industry Institute. 
 
Cravey has an Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts from Regent University in Virginia and is a doctoral candidate in organizational leadership.

NAECP is a leading professional organization for those who provide alternative dispute and conflict resolution services in highly regulated industries. The group has more than 200 members, including managers, attorneys and human resource professionals within nuclear utilities, the Department of Energy and the petroleum industry. NAECP plans to expand its support to publicly traded corporations subject to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and other regulated industries such as health care, pharmaceutical and financial services.
