Areva's North America business makes leadership changes

Areva is making several internal organizational changes. Mike Rencheck has accepted the role of deputy to the chief operating officer for Areva’s global operations in charge of the performance of major projects. Gary Mignogna has accepted the role of CEO for Areva Inc.

 

In addition, the following three appointments will report to Gary Mignogna:

·      Craig Ranson is appointed chief operating officer of Areva Inc. ​​​

·      Kimberly Clark is appointed chief commercial officer of Areva Inc. ​

·      Kathy Williams is appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer of Areva Inc.

All organizational changes are effective June 1 with transition plans to ensure a smooth evolution of leadership.
