Heather L. Anderson leads the residential demand response programs at Baltimore Gas and Electric. Heather is responsible for program design, implementation, and operations of the programs, which include the PeakRewardsSM direct load control program and the Smart Energy Rewards peak time rebate program. She is accountable for delivering the customer experience and benefits of BGE’s Smart Energy Rewards enabled through Smart Grid. Heather joined BGE in 2009.   Previously, she served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Product Strategy for Provident Bank.  

Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University and a master’s certificate from the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
