EPRI acquires Sargent & Lundys interest in SEPRIL


EPRI acquired Sargent & Lundy`s interest in SEPRIL LLC, the developer of the SOAPP software product line. SOAPP products are tools for selecting, designing, and budgeting power generation technology. SEPRIL was founded in 1994 as SEPRIL Services LLC, with ownership split equally between EPRI and Sargent & Lundy. Concurrently with the acquisition, SEPRIL`s name is being changed to SOAPP LLC.
