Atlantic Projects Co. (APC) of Dublin, Ireland, provider of specialized services for gas turbine and combined-cycle power plant erection and equipment installation, has established a U.S. subsidiary in Schenectady, N.Y. APC was established in Ireland in 1974 as a wholly owned subsidiary of GE`s Installation and Service Engineering Division. In 1987, APC management bought the company from GE and later formed APC Ltd. to serve the privatized power generation market in the U.K.
