Dynegy Inc. named David Keane senior director of government affairs.


Dynegy Inc. named David Keane senior director of government affairs. He replaces Terry Callender, who retired. Keane joined Natural Gas Clearinghouse, Dynegy`s predecessor, in 1990 as director of contract administration.
