CILCORP shareholders re-elected incumbents John R. Brazil, Jerry D. Caulder and Murray M. Yeomans to new three-year terms on the board of directors. Brazil serves as a member of the board`s audit and director affairs committees. Caulder serves on the audit and compensation committees. Yeomans serves on the executive, director affairs and strategic development committees.
