International Billing Services (IBS) and New Century Energies (NCE) have entered into a five-year statement processing and electronic billing services contract for 1.3 million of NCE`s electric and natural gas customers. Under the terms of the contract, IBS and NCE are working together to redesign NCE`s current statements to better serve customers` needs. Additionally, IBS will print and mail NCE`s paper statements and provide electronic billing services for those customers who prefer the option of paying bills via the Internet.
