FirstEnergy retrofits traffic lights


FirstEnergy Corp. and Stanley Electric are making light emitting diode (LED) technology available and affordable for use in retrofitting traffic signal lights. FirstEnergy will market the LEDs through its sales and technical support staff, Stanley Electric will manufacture the LEDs, and Key Municipal Finance will provide financing for the LED Traffic Light Lease/Purchase Program.
