Enron promoted Joseph W. Sutton to vice chairman of the company.


Enron promoted Joseph W. Sutton to vice chairman of the company. Sutton was previously chairman and CEO of Enron`s international business unit. Former vice chairman Rebecca Mark was elected to the board of directors, and former vice chairman Ken Harrison will focus on his duties as chairman and CEO of Portland General Electric.
