Quick-Check quickly and easily tests transformers, capacitors and the connections made to them for shorts or opens. It indicates any gross defects in a transformer/capacitor or any connection problems either prior to energizing a new transformer/ capacitor or prior to refusing an existing transformer/capacitor.
