Avista Corp.`s specialty utility billing and information services business unit, Avista Advantage, added three of North America`s top retail names to its growing list of customers. Avista Advantage now provides its consolidated billing and resource accounting services to a combined 3,000-plus Federated, Pier 1 and Starbucks locations across the United States.
