Memphis Light, Gas and Water has purchased SCT`s Banner Customer Manage- ment suite to provide company-wide comprehensive customer information management. The purchase also includes SCT`s BANNER customer contact system, electronic work queue system, customer target for marketing, customer web access, plus implementation and support services.
