The National Hydropower Association hired Mark R. Stover, formerly with the Electric Power Supply Association,


The National Hydropower Association hired Mark R. Stover, formerly with the Electric Power Supply Association, as its new director of government affairs. He previously spent three years with EPSA and its predecessor group, the Electric Generation Association, focusing primarily on electric industry restructuring. He will be taking over the duties of James McKinney who left NHA to attend graduate school this fall.
