PG&E named Peter A. Darbee senior vice president, CFO and treasurer. He replaces Michael E. Rescoe, who has left PG&E to pursue other opportunities. Darbee was vice president and CFO of Advanced Fibre Communications Inc., Petaluma, Calif., a telecommunications industry manufacturer of digital loop carrier systems.
