PJM Interconnection LLC, the Independent System Operator (ISO) for the mid-Atlantic region, appointed Van Billet vice president of finance and CFO. Prior to joining PJM, he was vice president of finance for Lyondell Chemical Co. Prior to the acquisition of ARCO Chemical Co. by Lyondell in 1998, he was vice president and controller at ARCO Chemical.
