CMS acquires Viron:

CMS Energy Corp.`s energy marketing unit, CMS Marketing, Services and Trading acquired Viron Corp., a Kansas City, Mo.-based energy services company, from York International. Viron will operate under the name CMS Viron Energy Services, as a subsidiary of CMS Marketing, Services and Trading Co.
