Enron and Owens Corning sign outsource agreement:

Enron Energy Services, subsidiary of Enron, and Owens Corning signed a 10-year outsource agreement worth more than $1 billion for total energy management services at 20 of Owens Corning`s major manufacturing facilities located throughout the United States.
