Conn. utility pleads guilty:

Northeast Utilities agreed to pay $10 million in fines, the largest penalty in the history of the commercial nuclear power industry, after two of its divisions pleaded guilty to charges they lied about the training of some nuclear power plant employees. Authorities also claimed the divisions made misleading statements about environmental violations.
