PG&E Generating finances Conn. plant:

PG&E Generating completed the $490 million financing for its 792 MW Lake Road Generating Plant in Killingly, Conn. The gas-fired, combined-cycle facility is expected to begin service in 2001. PG&E is also building the 370 MW Millennium plant in Charleton, Mass.
