Energy Interactive (EI) recently installed its Energy BOSS advanced billing system (www.energyinteractive.com/boss) for the City of Redding, Calif. The system supports complex rate structures, processes interval load data into billing determinants, offers aggregate billing of accounts and commodities, and facilitates billing for ancillary products and services. The system was integrated with Redding`s new E-CIS system from Orcom (www.orcom.com), an EI strategic partner.
