Michigan City, Ind., January 15, 2010—Vanair Mfg. is pleased to announce that Jeffery T. Summerlin has taken the position of director of purchasing. Summerlin earned his bachelor’s of science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to his position at Vanair, he was general manager at Fastenal before moving to Sullair. During his time at Sullair, Summerlin was promoted to several positions, including product manager for Pneumatic Tools, purchasing manager, and materials analyst.
