enXco signs maintenance agreement for 99 MW Wisconsin wind farm


San Diego, February 10, 2012 — enXco Service Corp., an EDF Energies Nouvelles company, has signed a multi-year operations and maintenance agreement with Wisconsin Public Service Corp., a unit of Integrys Energy Group, Inc., for the Crane Creek Wind Farm.

Crane Creek Wind Farm, a 99 MW wind project located in Howard County, Iowa is comprised of 66 GE 1.5-MW wind turbines. The project was developed and built by enXco Development Corp. in 2009 and turned over to WPS upon completion in a turnkey transaction.

Under the terms of the O&M agreement, enXco Service Corp. will provide complete O&M for the turbines and 24/7 remote monitoring and fault resets from its fully NERC compliant operations control center.
